Belkin’s CES 2019 product lineup includes the first third-party USB-C to Lightning cables

Belkin sells a number of interesting accessories for iPhones, Apple Watches, and other “iDevices” through Cupertino’s own website, including a nifty dual wireless charging dock.

But the Foxconn-owned company plans to put one of its most exciting products to date up for grabs on and at “retailers worldwide” this spring. We’re talking about a USB-C to Lightning cable, and if you’re wondering why exactly is that such a big deal, then you must not know how Apple typically handles these things.
